  • Saratoga Springs, 8:30 a.m., at Tempered by Memory sculpture in High Rock Park.
  • Troy, 9 a.m. at 9/11 Memorial Park at 112th Street and First Avenue. 
  • Albany, noon, the State Museum will offer a guided tour of its Sept. 11 exhibition, "The World Trade Center: Rescue, Recovery, Response," which details the history of the World Trade Center, the Sept. 11 attacks, the rescue efforts and the public response. http://www.nysm.nysed.gov.
  • East Greenbush, noon, Melvin Roads American Legion Post 1231, 200 Columbia Turnpike. J
  • Glenville, 5 p.m., The Water's Edge Lighthouse, 2 Freeman's Bridge Road.
