The charge is driving while intoxicated for a Kindergarten teacher in Granville, Washington County, who showed up at school the Tuesday morning legally intoxicated.
The Glens Falls Post Star reporting, that the school resource officer at Mary J. Tanner school thought he smelled alcohol on the breath of 47-year-old Kimberly Grover of Fort Edward shortly after 8am.
The Sergeant asked her to submit to an alcohol breath test, and she reportedly had a Blood Alcohol Content level of .13.
Authorities say that Grover had a cup of vodka and Lemonade in her car.
Grover has been a teacher at the school for 18 years. School officials have yet to comment except to say that 'they're taking it very seriously.'
