47 year old Douglas B. Bartholomew, Jr. was arrested on April 11th and charged with Petit Larceny after a Middleburgh business reported that he had stolen a pudding.
It was a chocolate pudding.
Bartholomew was arrested again on April 17th. This time he was accused of stealing a skateboard off a porch in Middleburgh and then attempting to flee from responding troopers.
WGY News has a call out to NYS Police to try to get more information about Bartholomew's two arrests.
In the space of week Bartholomew has been charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
