In Atlanta, a 62-year-old man is wanted by police for calling 911... 118 times over the past few years. Police and Firefighters have shown up every single time. And there has never been a single emergency. So what has he called 911 for? Things like getting his cell phone from the other room and getting him a glass of milk. So obviously, that ties up crews who may be needed in a real emergency. So they issued a warrant for his arrest. They are waiting for him to turn himself in... which he will probably call 911 to do.
