Gunfire shatters a window at the Albany County Democratic Committee Headquarters Building on Colvin Avenue.
Police believe it happened Tuesday night. The damage was discovered Wednesday morning with at least six rounds fired through the window.
Democratic Committee Chairman Jack Flynn said the bullets struck the window of his office where he sometimes works late. Flynn telling the Times Union that "it's pretty scary because I actually could have been there".
Flynn also says because the shots fired hit the name of the organization on the window, he believes the shooting was intended to "make a statement."
