Lightning is to blame for a fire Friday night at City Hall in Saratoga Springs. The Fire Chief says the fire started at about 7:40 PM in the attic. There was a dance competition underway on the third floor of the building at the time. Fire damage was limited to the attic but water damage in the building is significant. Officials say they will decide on Sunday whether the building will open for business on Monday.
