With neighboring Canada and Massachusetts, and several other states in the union already legalizing the drug, New York lawmakers are considering what the pros and cons of also legalizing the drug would be.
The pros outweigh the cons, according to a comprehensive report on regulated (legal) marijuana that was put together by the New York State Department of Health.
