An attorney from Cohoes is in custody on a wide range of drug-related charges.
Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple says Danielle Barker-Lange, who owns and operates the Law Offices of Lange and Associates on Remsen St, is facing 15 felony and misdemeanor charges.
Apple says investigators received a tip that Barker-Lange was selling heroin out of her home and her law office. Deputies found a total of 38 bags of heroin and 20 strips of Suboxone, along with Xanax, oxycodone, and amphetamine pills.
She's also accused of driving with a suspended license because of a previous DWAI conviction.
