A man has been arrested and is accused of luring children to his home in Coeymans.
John Allen, 61, is said to be employed by the state in the Office of Mental Health is facing 29 counts of child endangerment after allegedly asking the children to take off their clothes and change into diapers.
He is being held at Albany County Jail on $10,000 bail.
