A 16-year-old from Green Island is facing a host of sex-related charges.
The Albany County Sheriff's Office says investigators were contacted by Green Island police after several teenage girls said they were sexually assaulted by Carlos Quinones, Jr.
Deputies say four girls between 15 and 16 years of age say Quinones assaulted them at his residence between February and June of this year.
He's been arraigned in the town of Green Island, and is behind bars at the Albany County jail. Orders of protection have been issued for all the victims.
