Five days after the murder of a teen along the bike path in Cohoes, police make an arrest. 22 year old Thomas Slivienski has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Johni Dunia. Cohoes Police Chief Bill Heslin commending the efforts of his police officers along with State Police for solving this case so quickly. Details of the case were not released during the press conference Wednesday night. Slivienski pleaded not guilty and was sent to Albany County Jail without bail.
