Governor Cuomo says he's not going to run for president in 2020. The governor told a radio station he's ruling it out, that he has a full plate with many projects and has a lot to do as governor.
Cuomo's name has been circulated as a possible candidate for the White House.
As for a Democratic presidential candidate, Cuomo added it's not going to be enough to be anti-Trump.
