Should Teens Be Able to Get Vaccines Without Parental Consent?

Democrat Pat Fahy says she feels the state is on the verge of a public health crisis with the current measles outbreak.

Fahy cites widespread misinformation on-line, which she says poses a threat to public health. In New York, the only exemptions under the law for vaccinations are for religious or medical reasons.
