A Cohoes man is under arrest, facing vehicular homicide, manslaughter and DWI charges after a crash that killed 2 and injured 3 others. State Police say 58 year old Dickie Winn left his lane of travel on Route 9 and crashed into a car that was stopped at a traffic light on Ushers Road. 33 year old John Heneghan and 32 year old Caitlyn Holzman of New York City were killed in the crash. 24 year old Julia Staples, 25 year olds Luke O'Doherty and Enda Crowley were seriously injured. Winn was sent to Saratoga County Jail without bail, he is due back in court on May 29th.
