Gov. Cuomo was speaking at a Syracuse jobs events on Wednesday. During his speech, he compared political glad-handing to foreplay.
Cuomo begins with “There’s a concept in life called foreplay, It starts with ‘Hello, how are you today?"
The punchline to Cuomo’s analogy came when he likened his bolstering of the area’s economy to going all the way.
“‘I’ll call you in the morning.’ And I did,” he said, ending by laughing at his own joke.
