Governor Andrew Cuomo will spend two days in Puerto Rico with a team of engineers and state workers to see how New York can best help out the island after a series of devastating earthquakes. He left Tuesday morning. Cuomo says the earthquakes have added to the misery for many in Puerto Rico, who have not recovered from the damage done during Hurricane Maria.
The Governor says after the trip is over he'll decide how New York can best assist the island.
