US Supreme Court Won't Hear "Free the Nipple" Case

The US Supreme Court has denied hearing an appeal from three women in New Hampshire who are challenging a law that got them arrested.

The "Free the Nipple" activists are fighting a law that they claim violates the constitution because it discriminates against women. The law bans sex and nudity in public but also prohibits nipple exposure by women.

The women claim they were arrested for doing what men are allowed to do, being topless.

The incident occurred in 2016 when a woman was arrested for doing yoga on the beach while topless.

Two other women were arrested days later while they were protesting her arrest topless.

The women have challenged their convictions with the New Hampshire Supreme court, but were defeated.
