2020 Chowderfest Road Closures, Parking Restrictions, & Shuttle Service
The following streets will be closed from about 10:30 am until about 4:30 pm on February 1st, 2020 unless otherwise indicated:
Caroline St – from Broadway to Henry St
Henry St – from Lake Ave to Caroline St
Pavilion Row – from Lake Ave to Caroline St (access to Pavilion Grand hotel only)
Putnam St (Maple Ave) – from Lake Ave to Public Library entrance
* Putnam St – from Public Library to Spring St closes at 11am (access to Parking Garage remains available)
Phila St – Putnam St to Henry St
*Phila St – from Broadway to Putnam St closes at 12Noon (or once upper parking deck of Putnam St Parking Garage is filled)
Gardner Ln – from Broadway to Putnam St (Residents access only)
Ellsworth Jones Pl – from Broadway to Maple Ave
Short Alley closed at Henry St
Parking Restrictions
The following parking restrictions will be in effect during ChowderFest:
Caroline St – No Parking on both of sides of the street from Broadway to Henry St
Putnam St (Maple Ave) – No Parking on both sides of the street from Lake Ave to Spring St
Henry St – No Parking on both sides of the street from Lake Ave to Caroline St
Pavilion Row – No Parking on both sides of the street from Lake Ave to Caroline St
Phila St – No Parking on both sides of the street from Putnam St to Henry St
Ellsworth Jones Pl – No Parking on both sides of street from Broadway to Maple Ave
Broadway – No Parking on the west side of street from Division St to Druther’s Brewing (381 Broadway)
Also NOTE: Tow Zone will be strictly enforced on Maple Ave (near Olde Bryan Inn)
Park & Ride Shuttles
Need help traveling around downtown Saratoga during Chowderfest? There will be two Park & Ride Shuttles from 10:00am-6:00pm on February 1st.
Wilton Mall - Park at Wilton Mall near Dick's Sporting Goods, and then the shuttle will take you to the corner of High Rock Avenue and Lake Avenue by the Hampton Inn.
Saratoga Casino Hotel - This shuttle will pick you up at the Saratoga Casino Hotel on Crescent Avenue near the entrance of the CDTA/MegaBus parking area. Then, the shuttle will take you
to Congress Park.
