Rhode Island Added to New York's Quarantine List

Another state has been added to New York's quarantine list.

Governor Cuomo says people traveling from Rhode Island must quarantine for two weeks when coming in to New York.

Delaware and Washington D.C. have been removed from the state's quarantine list.
