A Clifton Park man is under arrest, accused of attacking a female jogger. 26-year-old Tyler Gaston was taken into custody Saturday afternoon. He's accused of assaulting a woman on the Zim Smith Trail in Saratoga County earlier that day. Sheriff's officials say the victim suffered injuries to her face.
Gaston is charged with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree assault.
