State Police say a suspicious substance sent to Chatham Town Court wouldn't have put anyone's health at risk.
The substance arrived at the building on Tuesday and the premises was evacuated as a precaution. An analysis later showed the substance wasn't harmful. Troopers haven't released any information about who sent it to the court.
