Albany Police are investigating a shooting on Sherman Street.
Police say they responded to a shots fired call near Sherman Street and Robin Street around 10 o'clock Saturday night. A short time later, police found a 37 year old man on Elk Street with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Police say that man was the one who was shot on Sherman Street. He was taken to Albany Med to be treated for non life threatening injuries.
Police are still investigating.
