Local health experts say the second wave of coronavirus has arrived in the Capital Region.
They point to the rising number cases and hospitalizations as proof of their claim. Right now, the five-day rolling average of new infections is at its highest level since the Spring when the spread of the virus was rampant. The one bit of good news is local hospitals say they're much more prepared to treat people now than they were just a few months ago.
