Albany Police are investigating an overnight shooting.
Police say they responded to a shots fired call around 1:30 Saturday morning near Sherman Street and North Lake Avenue.
Shortly after, police say they got a call from Albany Med that a 24 year old man was at the hospital with a gunshot wound to the back. Police determined that man was the one who was shot on Sherman Street.
Police say the victim is expected to survive. Police are still investigating.
