The spread of the coronavirus is continuing to go from bad to worse across New York State.
Governor Cuomo said Tuesday the COVID-19 positivity rate is now over 3% statewide. While that number is steadily increasing, New York continues to have the third lowest-positivity rate in the country behind only Maine and Vermont. The governor is again asking Empire State residents to fight off so-called COVID fatigue and protect themselves and others.
