New Poll Shows Empire State Residents Not Exactly in Holiday Spirit

A new poll shows Empire State residents aren't exactly feeling the holiday spirit.

According to the Siena Research Institute, only 26% of New Yorkers said they believe in Santa while just 67% of people said they'll put up a Christmas tree. As for Thanksgiving, 52% said they wouldn't be joining family and friends for a meal next week. When it comes to Black Friday shopping, only 23% of respondents said they they'll buy products from a local business.
