Members of the Troy City Council will be deciding Tuesday night if Mayor Patrick Madden's 2021 budget proposal is approved.
The mayor is calling for almost $76 million in spending and a nearly 1.7% property tax hike. The fiscal plan would also make the garbage fee in the Collar City $195. Residents can watch the vote on the City Council's YouTube page beginning at six p-m.
