Albany County has set yet another record for new coronavirus cases and hospitalizations connected to the disease.
There were 167 new infections reported Sunday while the number of people receiving treatment for COVID-19 increased to 84. A man in his 90s has also passed away, bringing the countywide death toll to 161. The one bit of good news is the COVID-19 positivity rate has dipped slightly below 3%.
