Governor Cuomo says the first batch of COVID-19 vaccines will be arriving in New York very soon.
He says the Empire State is in line to receive 170,000 vaccinations by December 15th. Once that happens, the vaccine will have to be approved by an independent panel before it's distributed to New Yorkers. The process of vaccinating everyone is expected to take at least several months.
