Members of New York's Electoral College will be meeting at the state Capitol in Albany Monday.
They'll be voting to give the Empire State's 29 electoral votes to President-Elect Joe Biden. Governor Cuomo says while it would make sense to meet virtually due to the COVID-19 crisis, ballots must be cast in-person under state law. Some of the state's Electoral College delegates include the governor himself, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
