New data shows Albany County is continuing to struggle in the fight against coronavirus.
County Executive Dan McCoy announced 205 additional cases Wednesday, bringing the total since the start of the pandemic to 8,315. Also, of the 96 people currently hospitalized for treatment of the respiratory disease, 15 of them are in intensive care. McCoy also asked residents to call their Congressional representatives and urge them to pass a stimulus bill that includes needed funding for local governments.
