Troy Mayor Patrick Madden remains under quarantine after announcing he's been diagnosed with coronavirus.
The mayor said in a statement he was tested last week after experiencing minor symptoms and received his positive result on December 22nd. He says he didn't make his diagnosis public until now because no other city employees had to get tested. Madden also says he's continuing to improve each day and is looking forward to making a full recovery.
