Police say it was a quiet weekend around the New York State Capitol building with no signs of any protesters.
There were concerns that some groups would gather in Albany to speak out against the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden which is set for Wednesday. Officials are still asking people to avoid the area in the coming days as a precaution. Increased security measures put in place around the Capitol will be in place until further notice.
