Four people who were arrested at a Black Lives Matter rally in Troy last year have been punished for their crimes.
Court records show Shelbi Vanderbogart and Shane Fleming pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and were fined $250. Shawn Fleming and Nathaniel Shepard also pleaded guilty to a weapons charge and had to pay $750. Police say the men walked through the protest back in June wearing body armor and carrying police batons. A fifth man, Noah Latham, is facing a weapons charge that could put him in prison for 15 years.
