For the second year in a row, Albany's Saint Patrick's Day parade is going to take place virtually.
Much like last year, the traditional celebration has been scrapped due to COVID-19 concerns. The March 13th event will begin at ten a-m with a traditional mass being broadcast online from Blessed Sacrament church.
