The months long search for a missing 26-year-old woman from Troy has come to a tragic end in New York City.
Police say the body of Destini Smothers was discovered in the trunk of a vehicle Wednesday in Queens. Smothers was reported missing in November after she went to Queens to attend a friend's birthday party. The NYPD is still investigating the case and say no arrests have been made yet.
