Bill Introduced in Albany Named After Cuomo Accuser Lindsey Boylan

Legislation is being considered in Albany named after one of New York Governor Cuomo's accusers.

"Lindsey's Law" makes it a crime for public officials to retaliate against employees who come forward with allegations. There was a report that the governor and his aides went to great lengths to try and discredit Boylan and damage her reputation. The bill would be for sexual harassment claims made by public employees and even non-employees. Cuomo has denied accusations of sexual harassment and touching anyone inappropriately.
