Governor Cuomo is now facing accusations he illegally promoted his book.
A Washington watchdog group claimed that Cuomo used campaign funds to promote "American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic."
The New York Times is also reporting that Cuomo used his staff to work on the book.
