Local baseball players who had dreams of making it to the big leagues are being offered the chance to play the game professionally.
That's because Tri-City ValleyCats are holding an open tryout on May 7th at Joe Bruno Stadium in Troy. It'll cost $ 50 to register and some players will be picked to attend training camp with the team when it begins May 13th. Information on how to sign up is already posted on the ValleyCats website.
