Governor Cuomo says the state will review legal options to challenge the results of the 2020 Census.
Earlier this week, the Census Bureau reported that New York came up 89 people short of keeping its 27 Congressional seats. Now, one of those districts will be eliminated in 2022 and the Empire State is also losing an Electoral College vote. The governor claims the state is losing representation on Capitol Hill because former President Donald Trump tried adding a citizenship question to the Census.
