Rob Astorino Planning Another Challenge to Gov. Cuomo in 2022

Another Republican has announced he's entering the race for New York governor next year.

Rob Astorino, who was beaten by Governor Cuomo in 2014, officially launched his campaign Tuesday. The former Westchester County Executive believes people are ready for change due to the growing number of scandals surrounding the governor's administration. He also claims the governor is responsible for the state's high taxes that he says have driven people and businesses out of New York. Lewis County Sheriff Mike Carpinelli and Long Island Congressman Lee Zeldin are also seeking the GOP nomination.
