A building that's been a longtime eyesore in Downtown Albany has now been placed on the auction block.
Bids are being accepted for the old Central Warehouse, which has been falling apart and empty for several years. Officials hope the next owner has a plan for the building that will help revitalize the property. The building was purchased for $1 in 2017, but the man who bought it currently owes over $514,000 in unpaid taxes.
