Memorial Day weekend is coming up soon, and Governor Cuomo says New Yorkers will be able have some outdoor fun.
He announced Wednesday state pools and beaches will be open for the holiday, however capacity is going to be limited and social distancing guidelines will need to be followed. The governor also said if more people get immunized against COVID 19, those restrictions could be lifted by July 4th.
