Colonie Police have made an arrest after a man was shot and killed at the Motel 6 near 890 on Curry Road last Tuesday.
Police say they arrested 23 year old Paul Streeks of Schenectady on Friday night. Streeks is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Streeks was arraigned Saturday morning and taken to Albany County Jail.
Earlier this week, police identified the victim as Xiaa Price of Schenectady. The shooting remains under investigation.
