Gov. Cuomo Announces Lowest Single Day Positivity Rate Since October 10

The State of New York hit its lowest COVID positivity rate since last October Sunday.

Governor Cuomo made the announcement, stating that the rate was at one-percent. State health officials announced one-thousand-561 new cases of the virus.
