Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro will not mount a run for Governor next year.
Molinaro had been meeting with GOP leaders about running. Instead the Republican is endorsing Long Island Congressman Lee Zeldin's campaign to unseat Governor Andrew Cuomo in 2022. Zeldin announced his candidacy back on April 8th.
