Jumpin' Jacks in Scotia will not hold July 4th fireworks this year.
This will be the second year in a row, there will not be a fireworks display after last year's event was cancelled. On Facebook, officials at Jumpin' Jacks say conditions still are "not right". There will be some events in the nearby area this summer including the Freedom Park Concert Series, and the U.S. Waterski Show Team will be holding shows.
