A level-three sex offender currently on parole is charged with manslaughter for allegedly hitting and killing a man with a car.
According to Cobleskill police, 53-year-old Raymond George Junior purposely struck 50-year-old James Williams Junior Tuesday after they were involved in an argument at the Colonial Motel on East Main Street. George's vehicle also damaged the motel, causing 11 people to be displaced. He's now behind bars at the Schoharie County Correctional Facility.
