The woman who was hit by a car in Schenectady Thursday night has died.
Police say Anna Escobar was hit by a car on Crane Street, near the intersection of Crane, Chrisler Avenue and Main Street around 7:30. She was taken to Albany Med where she died. Police say the driver of the car is cooperating with the investigation. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the accident.
