The Marine who was shot while walking with family members in New York City's Times Square has been identified as a Fulton County resident.
21-year-old Samuel Poulin of Northville was hit in the back by ricocheting bullet Sunday. A relative told the paper that Poulin is doing fine and will make a full recovery. Police say the shooting might be connected to a dispute between two vendors in the area. Poulin recently graduated from The Citadel, a military college in South Carolina, with honors.
